What is a Doula?
A doula is usually, but not always, a woman that supports parents-to-be before, during, and after birth through physical support, emotional support, and comprehensive education. We are Doulas of Gothenburg, a group of English, Swedish, Spanish, and French speaking ladies that are passionate about supporting parents through the birth of their baby and the days after. It started with a hashtag and has grown to an organized group of women here to support you. Founded by Lori, Founder & Director of Om Baby, Doulas of Gothenburg serve your needs as you embark on your journey to and through parenthood. We believe in mothering the parents.
